Is GMS officially licensed to provide security services in Germany?
Yes. GMS Global Management of Security UG holds the official Erlaubnis (license) to operate a security business under §34a of the German Trade Regulation Act (GewO), issued by Rhein-Sieg-Kreis on 19.02.2026. We are also registered at Handelsregister Siegburg under HR B 19190.
What is the legal structure of GMS?
GMS is registered as a UG (haftungsbeschränkt) — a German limited liability company. Our Managing Director is Nechirvan Faroq Mala Mala. The company is registered under HR B 19190 at Amtsgericht Siegburg and headquartered at Talstr. 37, 53773 Hennef.
What areas do you cover?
We are headquartered in Hennef and provide security services throughout North Rhine-Westphalia and all of Germany. For international escort and travel security, we operate across Europe and beyond.
When was GMS founded?
GMS Global Management of Security was officially licensed in February 2026 and began operations in March 2026. Our Gewerbeanmeldung (trade registration) was filed on 25.02.2026 through WSP.NRW.

Yes. Our Auslandsbegleitung (international escort) service provides secure travel accompaniment across Europe and internationally. We coordinate with local security partners at your destination for seamless protection coverage.
Can you provide both temporary and long-term security?
Absolutely. We offer flexible contracts ranging from single-event security assignments to ongoing 24/7 protection contracts. Each arrangement is tailored to your specific timeline and budget requirements.

Are your security agents trained and certified?
All GMS security agents hold the required §34a certification and undergo additional specialized training including first aid, conflict de-escalation, fire safety, and use of security equipment. Background checks are mandatory for all personnel.
Do you offer 24/7 emergency response?
Absolutely. Our operations center is staffed around the clock. Whether it's an alarm response, emergency situation, or an urgent security need, our team is always ready to deploy within minutes.
How quickly can you deploy a security team?
For emergency situations, we can typically deploy within hours. For planned assignments, we recommend at least 48–72 hours notice to ensure proper risk assessment, personnel selection, and logistical preparation for optimal security coverage.
What languages do your agents speak?
Our team is multilingual. Most agents speak fluent German and English, with additional capabilities in Arabic, Kurdish, Turkish, and other languages — making us ideal for international assignments and diverse client needs.
